Word of the Week: Adventure
I love an outdoor adventure. There is little as restorative to me as a long hike in the woods or a little time canoeing (even though my body physically protests these activities). But I have started thinking more about other adventures lately.

I love the eptimology of the word courage. The root of courage is "cor"--the Latin word for heart. So courage is all about heart.
